Being born in Paris (1965), Patrice landauer has captured the city and emotion
of Parisian life using color and refection like no other . In addition he holds
Africa close to his heart expressing the passion and intensity of it's people
and landscape . His retro universe includes scenes from Paris , Africa , India
as well as vintage subjects such as cars , trains , boats , monuments , and the
street life of Paris's markets and daily life !
He has been influenced by Fauvism and Impressionism and inspired by artists such
as Paul Gauguin, Henri Matisse, Albert Marquet . The light illuminates though
out his work creating intense and vibrant emotions .
Patrice Landauer has exhibited his work though out France and Belgium ( gathering
collectors from all over the world ). He has exhibited at Institute Geographic
National , ( Vincenne , France ) and been represented at Paris's Saint Germain
